In The Circuit Court For Ashley County, Arkansas, Probate Division, In The Matter Of The Estate Of Lou Ella Graham, Deceased, Cause No. PR-2020-31-2, whose last known address was 3192 Highway 425 N, Fountain Hill, Arkansas and whose date of death was September 14, 2019 in Pulaski County, Arkansas. An administration of her estate was opened by Order filed the 28th day of April 2020.  The undersigned has been appointed Personal Representative thereunder.

All persons having claims against the Estate of the Decedent must exhibit them, duly verified, to the undersigned within one-hundred eighty (180) days from the date of the first publication of this Notice, or they shall be forever barred and precluded from any benefit in the Estate.  Claims for injury or death caused by the negligence of the decedent shall be filed within six (6) months from the date of the first publication of this Notice, or they shall be forever barred and precluded from any benefit in the Estate.

Notice Is Hereby Given, that pursuant to the authority and directions contained in the Order of the Circuit Court of Ashley County, Arkansas, entered on the 8th day of May, 2020, in a certain cause no. CV-2020-18-3, then pending between the above-named Plaintiff and Defendants, the undersigned, as Commissioner of said Court, will offer for sale at public auction to the highest bidder, at the south door or entrance of the Ashley County Courthouse, at 10:00 o’clock A.M., on Tuesday the 26th day of May, 2020, the following described real property:

Lot Number 7, Block Number 1, Gates Manor Subdivision, as shown on the amended and substituted plat of Blocks 1 and 2, Gates Manor Subdivision, as recorded in the office of the Circuit Clerk and Recorder for Ashley County in Plat Record Book 4 at Page 11.

The purchaser at said sale will be required to pay cash or certified funds for said real property. Said real property is being sold as is, where is, with all faults.

The sale will be by the undersigned Commissioner reported to the Circuit Court of Ashley County, Arkansas, at the next session of said Court and will be at such time subject to approval and confirmation by the Court.
