Notice is hereby given that undersigned Commissioner will, pursuant to the Decree of the Circuit Court of Ashley County, Arkansas, rendered on the 2nd day of July, 2020, in a cause therein pending wherein Union Bank & Trust Company is Plaintiff and Anthony Mack Toler, and Kristi Laughlin, formerly known as Kristi Toler, on that date hereinafter mentioned offer for sale at public auction at the front door of the Ashley County Courthouse in the City of Hamburg, Arkansas, to the highest and best bidder of the following described property situated in the County of Ashley, State of Arkansas, to-wit:

The South Acres of the West One-Half of the West One-Half of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 14, Township 16 South, Range 8 West, Ashley County, Arkansas, less and except all that part lying South of a gravel road as the same is now located, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Southwest corner of the said West Half of the West Half of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 14, thence run East 330 feet thence run North 68 feet to the center line of a gravel road; thence run Westerly along the center line of said gravel road to a point 78 feet North of the Southwest corner of said West Half of the West Half of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter; thence run South 73 feet to the point of beginning. Said sale shall be held at 10:00 o’clock a.m. on the 17th day of August, 2020 upon a credit of three (3) months, the purchaser being required to give bond with approved security to secure the payment of the purchase price and a lien will be retained on said real property to further secure such payment.

Notice is hereby given that a Complaint to Quiet Title has been filed in the office of the Circuit Court Clerk of Ashley County, Arkansas to quiet and confirm title in and to the following described property in Ashley County, Arkansas to-wit:

All of Lot One (1) in Block Five (5), Town of Hamburg, Arkansas, according to Bunn’s Survey and being in the Northwest Quarter (NW1/4) of Section Fourteen (14), Township Seventeen (17) South, Range Seven (7) West, being 1.105 acres, more or less.

AND
