Notice is hereby given that a Complaint to Quiet Title has been filed in the office of the Circuit Court Clerk of Ashley County, Arkansas to quiet and confirm title in and to the following described property in Ashley County, Arkansas to-wit:

All of Lot One (1) in Block Five (5), Town of Hamburg, Arkansas, according to Bunn’s Survey and being in the Northwest Quarter (NW1/4) of Section Fourteen (14), Township Seventeen (17) South, Range Seven (7) West, being 1.105 acres, more or less.

AND

A parcel of land in the Northwest Quarter of Section 14, Township 17 South, Range 7 West, Ashley County, Arkansas, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 1, Block 5, Town of Hamburg, Arkansas, according to Bunn’s Survey, thence run North 00 degrees 10 minutes 34 seconds West 59.96 feet to the South boundary of Martin Luther King Street; thence North 89 degrees 07 minutes 58 seconds East along the South boundary of Martin Luther King Street for 549.16 feet; thence South 01 degrees 00 minutes 52 seconds West 69.19 feet; thence North 89 degrees 54 minutes 19 seconds West along the North boundary of said Lot 1, Block 5, of Bunn’s Survey to the Town of Hamburg, Arkansas, 547.69 feet, back to the point of beginning, containing 0.813 acres, more or less.
