Janice Robinson, age 64 of Portland, died Saturday, April 29, 2023, at CHI St Vincent Health System in Little Rock.
She was a native of Wilmot, a homemaker, and a member of Brown Temple Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Willie and Vessie McDade Goodwin; one brother, Willie Goodwin Jr.; and one sister, Freddie Mae Dozier.
She leaves her husband, Louis Robinson of Portland; two sons, Camero Goodwin Sr. of Bentonville and Tabien Goodwin of Atlanta, Ga.; three brothers, James Goodwin of Toledo, Ohio, Kenneth Goodwin wife Gridie of Gary, Ind., and Walter Goodwin wife Rena of Sioux City, Iowa; five sisters, Evelyn Willis of Gary, Margie Thompson of Brooklyn, N.Y., Ethel Mae White of Toledo, Coral Lewis husband Charles of Gary, and Janet Dooley of Wilmot; and three grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Sunday, May 7 at 2:30 p.m. at Brown Temple #2 Baptist Church with Pastor Kentrell Woods officiating.
Pallbearers were Willis Robinson, Ervin Goodwin Jr., Kenneth Goodwin Jr., Trent Wilson, Eddie Collins Jr., and Darnell Haynes.
Burial was in Second Baptist Cemetery in Wilmot under the direction of Cromwell Funeral Home.
