Notice published in conformity with Arkansas Code Ann. 28-41-101(2) as follows:

1. The name of the decedent is Charles L. York, Jr.

2. The last known address of the decedent was Ashley County, Arkansas.

3. Date of Death of the decedent was March 10, 2014.

4. That an Affidavit for Collection of Small Estate by Distributee was filed with the Ashley County Clerk on this 17th day of August, 2018.

5. That the legal description of the real property owned by the decedent, situated in Drew County, Arkansas, is:

Real property situated in Ashley County, Arkansas

A part of Lot 6, Block 23, Bunn’s Survey to the Town of Hamburg, described as follows: Beginning at the Southeast corner of said Lot 6, run North along the West boundary of Pine Street and the East boundary of said Lot 6 for 224 feet; thence run West 100 feet; thence run South 224 feet to South line of said Lot 6; thence run East 100 feet along the South line of Lot 6 back to the point of beginning.

A part of Lot 6, Block 23 of Bunn’s Survey of the Town of Hamburg, Arkansas and a part of the Old Missouri-Pacific Railroad right-of-way (now abandoned) lying parallel to and contiguous with the Southerly boundary of said Lot 6 and being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Northeast corner of said Lot 6, thence South 00 degrees, 42 minutes, 21 seconds East along the East boundary thereof for 231.24 feet; thence West parallel to the North boundary of Lot 6 for 100.00 feet; thence South 00 degrees, 42 minutes, 21 seconds East for 224.00 feet; thence East for 100.00 feet to the Southeast corner of Lot 6 and the North boundary of the Old Missouri-Pacific Railroad right-of-way (now abandoned); thence South 00 degrees, 42 minutes, 21 seconds East for 50.00 feet to the centerlne of said railroad right-of-way; thence South 89 degrees, 31 minutes, 30 seconds West along said centerline for 70.61 feet to the Point of Curvature of a 1,448.662 foot radius curve concave to the South; thence along the centerline of said curve 112.09 feet through a central angle of 04 degrees, 26 minutes, 00 seconds, the chord of which being South 87 degrees, 18 minutes, 30 seconds West – 112.07 feet to a ¾ inch aluminum pipe; thence North 01 degrees, 55 minutes, 29 seconds West for 511.34 feet to the North boundary of said Lot 6; thence East along said North boundary for 193.5 feet to the point of beginning, containing 1.676 acres, more or less.

6. All persons having claims against the estate are to exhibit them, properly verified, within three (3) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they shall be forever barred and precluded from any benefit in the estate.

7. The distributee for this estate is Mary Donaldson. The name and mailing address of her attorney is set forth below.

The Board of Zoning Adjustment and Planning Commission of the City of Hamburg will hold a public hearing on September 27 at 4:30 p.m. in the Hamburg City Hall Courtroom. The purpose of the hearing is Mr. Stephan Howard is requesting permission to place a mobile home at 305 W. St. Louis Street, which is an R-2 Zone.
