Sealed proposals will be received on Multiple Trade Contracts for FIRE STATION AND AMBULANCE SERVICE, Hamburg, Arkansas. The Owner will receive sealed proposals at the Hamburg City Hall, 305 East Adams, Hamburg, Arkansas 71746 on Wednesday, July 25, 2018 at 2:00 pm local time. After the time to receive bids is past, they will be publicly opened and read aloud. Any bids received after the stated time and opening date will be returned unopened.

Bid proposals that exceed $50,000 must be accompanied by a bidder’s bond or cashiers check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid, made payable to The City of Hamburg.

The successful bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory performance and payment bond using AIA Document A312.

The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality, or to reject any or all bids.

No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days subsequent to the opening of the bids, without written consent of the Owner.
