The Board of Zoning Adjustment and Planning Commission for the City of Hamburg will hold a public hearing August 9, at 4:30 p.m. in the Hamburg City Hall Courtroom. The purpose of the hearing is to consider Betty Johnson placing a 2018 double wide manufactured home in an R-2 Zone located at 400 Martin Luther King. Mrs. Johnson owns the property. NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Ms. Meredith Hayden is requesting the Planning Commission and Board of Zoning Adjustment hold a public hearing on August 9 at 4:30 p.m. in the Hamburg City Hall. The purpose of the called meeting is to request the lot at 616 East Parker Street be changed from an R-1 Zone to an R-2 Zone. Ms. Hayden is requesting the zone be changed. Manufactured homes are not permitted in an R-1 and she would like to place a manufactured home on the lot where her house burned.
