Notice is hereby given that Dewaine Allen, Chief Deputy, United States Marshal for the Western District of Arkansas, appointed by the Court in the above styled cause, will pursuant to the Decree of Foreclosure entered by the Court in said cause on November 18, 2014, offer for sale at public auction at the main door of the Ashley County Courthouse in Hamburg, Arkansas, on June 19, 2019 at11:00 a.m. to the highest bidder on a credit of three months, the following described property located in Ashley County, Arkansas, to-wit:

A part of the Northeast Quarter of Section 33, Township 19 South, Range 5 West, more particularly described as follows, to-wit: Beginning at a point 18.46 chains West of the Northeast corner of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 33, thence run South 23 degrees 40 Minutes East 27.57 chains to an iron pipe driven in the West boundary line of the right-of –way of the Missouri Pacific Railroad Company; thence Northeasterly along said railroad right-of –way to its intersection with the North boundary line of said Section 33, thence run West along said North boundary line 25.66 chains, to the point of beginning.

The United States Marshal does not warrant title, boundary lines, taxes and/or improvements of any on this property in Ashley County, Arkansas, including but not limited to the fact that the purchaser will be responsible for payment of taxes which are due and payable. The United States Marshal will accept the highest and best bid offered for cash or on a credit of ninety (90) days. In the event of credit, the purchaser at said sale will be required to give bond with the approved security to secure payment of the purchase price, and a lien shall be retained on the property to secure payment thereof, which shall bear interest at the rate of 10% per annum from the date of sale until paid. Title will be retained until the full purchase price is paid.

Publication for Bids On Grounds Upkeep Service

Hamburg School District is accepting bids on the grounds upkeep of all campuses and locations within the district. The contracted services to be bid upon will include the following campuses or locations: Hamburg Central Office/Maintenance Complex, the Noble/Allbritton/Pre-K campus, the Portland Elementary campus, Hamburg High School, and the Hamburg Middle School campus. The contracted services for each campus will be seasonal upkeep: Mowing and weed-eating of all the listed campuses or locations. Removal of sticks and limbs throughout the year. Mulching of leaves in the fall. The contracted bid will be for one year beginning July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2020. Any interested bidder may come to the Hamburg School District Central Office at 202 East Parker Street in Hamburg to pick up a bid submission sheet which includes detailed specifications of the work to be bid upon and the guidelines to submit a bid. Sealed bids can be submitted to the front desk at the Hamburg Central Office beginning Wednesday, May 22, 2019 after 8:00 am through 12:00 noon on Wednesday, June 5, 2019. All sealed bids submitted will be opened at 12:00 on Wednesday, June 5.
