Notice Is Hereby Given, that pursuant to the authority and directions contained in the Order of the Circuit Court of Ashley County, Arkansas entered on the 1st day of February, 2019, in a certain cause no. CV-2018-134-3, then pending between the above named Plaintiff and Defendants, the undersigned, as Commissioner of said Court, will offer for sale at public auction to the highest bidder, at the south door or entrance of the Ashley County Courthouse, at 10:00 o’clock A.M., on Monday the 22nd day of July, 2019, the following described real property.

 A parcel of land in the East 7 acres by parallel lines of the East Half of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 4,Township 18 South, Range 8 West, more particularly described as follows:  Starting at the Northeast corner of the said East Half of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter, thence run West 63 feet to the point of beginning; thence run West 210 feet; thence run South 580 feet; thence run East 273 feet; thence run North 370 feet; thence run West 63 feet; thence run North 210 feet, back to the point of beginning.

2004 Fleetwood Mobile Home, VIN #YFL4454AB061075C12, Add’I on Rental Mobile Home.

The purchaser at said sale will be required to pay cash or certified funds for said property. Said property is being sold as, where is, with all faults.

The sale will be by the undersigned Commissioner reported to the Circuit Court of Ashley County, Arkansas, at the next session of said Court and will be at such time subject to approval and confirmation by the Court.
