The undersigned, Deputy Sheriff of Ashley County, Arkansas, hereby states a Writ of Execution was issued in the case of Sandra Gammill v. Chris Smith, Ashley County District Court, Hamburg Division, Cause Number SC18-1. The undersigned has picked up a 2003 White Ford F-150, VIN#1FTRW07653KD86570 on the Writ of Execution, which was served on October 18, 2018. The 2003 White Ford F-150 shall be sold at the Sheriff’s sale, which shall be held on February 25, 2019 at the south front door of the Ashley County Courthouse on the entry level. The sale shall take place at the designated place at 10:00a.m. on the 25th day of February, 2019. All bids must be certified funds, bank money order or cashier’s check. No personal checks will be received at the sale. Purchase proceeds must be made payable to the “Ashley County Sheriff’s Department.” The Notice has been posted in three conspicuous places near the front entrance of the Ashley County Courthouse on the main floor for a period of more than ten days prior to the sale. The sale of the 2003 White Ford F-150 shall be to the highest bidder for the purchase of the vehicle for ready money, including cashier’s check, certified funds or bank money orders.
