In The Circuit Court Of Ashley County, Arkansas, Probate Division, In The Matter Of Mark Calvin McLeod, Sr., Deceased, Cause No. 2019-6-2, whose last known address was 10169 Lynch Lane, Bastrop, Morehouse Parish, Louisiana, and whose date of death was September 9, 2017, in Morehouse Parish, Louisiana, an instrument dated the 14th day of July, 2016, was by order filed April 5, 2019, admitted to probate as the Last Will of Mark Calvin Mcleod Sr., Deceased, and the undersigned has been appointed Ancillary Personal Representative thereunder.  A contest of the probate of the will can be affected only by filing a petition within the time provided by law.

All persons having claims against the Estate of the Decedent must exhibit them, duly verified, to the undersigned within one-hundred eighty (180) days from the date of the first publication of this Notice, or they shall be forever barred and precluded from any benefit in the Estate.  Claims for injury or death caused by the negligence of the decedent shall be filed within six (6) months from the date of the first publication of this Notice, or they shall be forever barred and precluded from any benefit in the Estate.

Notice Of Hearing On

Proposed Revenue Bonds

Pursuant to Arkansas Code Annotated Section 19-9-607, as amended, notice is hereby given that a hearing will be held before the City Council of the City of Wilmot, Arkansas (the “City”) on the question of the adoption of an Ordinance by the City to proceed with the issuance of not to exceed $143,000 in principal amount of Franchise Fee Revenue Bond (the “Bond”) under Amendment 65 and Arkansas Code Annotated §§14-164-401 et seq., to be secured by franchise fees collected by the City.  The Bond will be issued to fund the cost to renovate the Wilmot City Hall and to pay the costs of issuance of the Bond.  Any person interested may appear before the City Council at its meeting on the 14th day of May, 2019, at 6:30 p.m. in the Community Center, 204 Cone, Wilmot, Arkansas 71676, and be heard for or against the issuance of the Bonds.  At such hearing, all objections and suggestions will be heard and considered and the City Council will take such action as is deemed proper.
