Resolution

Resolved that whereas we the Baptist Church of Christ worshiping at Central are convinced by proof of itself and the teachings of God's word that the charges preferred against Sister Maud Slocomb were founded upon false reports. Therefore, we committed a wrong in withdrawing fellowship from her and as we are the children of God and joint heirs with the Lord Jesus Christ our Savior, we desire to right this wrong and that we rescind the act and restore her to the full fellowship of the church. Also be it resolved that a copy of this resolution be put on our church record.

Resolution

Resolved that whereas there have been some hard feelings existing between some of the members of Central Church and knowing that we must forgive one another in order to be forgiven by our Savior, we do avow [to] forgive each other of any offense that may have been done an pledge each other to lay aside all malice, envy and strife. God helping us and to follow afer the things which make for peace and things wherewith we may edify another.
