Early voting for the Preferential Primary and Nonpartisan General Election began Tuesday, Feb. 18, according to Arkansas Secretary of State John Thurston.
Polls will be open between the hours of 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. Monday through Friday and from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday. Early voting ends at 5 p.m. the Monday prior to the election. Election day is Tuesday, March 3.
The polls on election day will be open from 7:30 a.m. until 7:30 p.m.
Those who have moved or whose information has changed should update their voter registration information by Feb. 28 for the March 3 election, Thurston added.
By state law, voter identification is required at the polls, so remember to have a photo ID available when going to vote.
